Dagmar Nietsch

After completing her studies in Production at the Netherlands Film Academy, Dagmar Nietsch pursued a Master’s degree in Film and Television Cultures at Utrecht University, deepening her understanding of the market dynamics and societal impact of film and television. Alongside her academic journey, she gained hands-on experience by working on various film and television productions and founded the association NCP-Young.

In 2025, she joined Big Blue as Development & Office Coordinator.
